These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the online shop of yellow kangaroo GmbH, Opernring 1/R745, 1010 Vienna, Austria, email: office@yellow-kangaroo.at.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the sale of goods to consumers via the online shop. The contract language is German.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros including statutory VAT. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to Austria and Germany. Delivery times, shipping costs and further shipping information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Withdrawal and Returns

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
