Returns and Withdrawal

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us at office@yellow-kangaroo.at. Returns should be sent to the following address: yellow kangaroo GmbH, Opernring 1/R745, 1010 Vienna, Austria.

Voluntary returns
We review return requests within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be unused, ideally in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Statutory right of withdrawal in the EU
For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to distance contracts. The statutory conditions and exceptions apply, in particular for sealed goods which are not suitable for return after opening for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Exceptions
Opened or unsealed products, personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
